Necdet Gunsoy has over a decade of technical and leadership expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), health technology assessment (HTA), indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), and real world evidence (RWE). He has a proven track record of developing reimbursement evidence and economic models for global markets, including key regions such as the UK, Germany, France, and Canada.
Necdet's extensive leadership experience includes building and managing large technical teams, launch evidence strategy planning, preparation, and execution. His technical knowledge and strategic insights have made significant contributions to market access and pricing strategies in diverse therapeutic areas.

Susie Huntington, MSc PhD
Senior Lead
Susie brings two decades of experience spanning consultancy, epidemiology, health economics, and health surveillance.
Following national HIV and STI surveillance work in the UK and Spain as well as a PhD in Epidemiology at UCL, she has built an extensive career in HEOR consultancy, leading projects in cancer screening, respiratory medicine, and diagnostics.
Her breadth of experience across academic, public health, and commercial settings makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Nadine D. Younan, MSc PhD
Project Lead
Nadine brings over a decade of experience in medical research, with a specialised focus on dementia. During this time, she developed strong capabilities in medical writing, publication development, and scientific communication.
Nadine later moved into the field of health technology assessment, where she has built a robust background in evidence synthesis and economic modelling. She now brings expertise in cost-effectiveness and budget-impact modelling, systematic literature reviews, and statistical analysis using Excel, R, and Stata.
Her strong mathematical mindset, combined with her determination, technical rigour, strategic insight, and excellent communication skills, positions her as an asset to the team.

Robin Philip, MSci MSc
Manager, Statistics
Robin brings over seven years of experience in real-world evidence and evidence synthesis across the UK and Australia, with a background in theoretical physics from UCL and an MSc in Applied Statistics from the University of St Andrews.
From 2019 to 2021, he led the statistical analyses for two NHS national cardiac audits at the National Institute for Cardiovascular Outcomes Research. He has also led analyses of linked population health data at Public Health England, the University of Sydney and the Cancer Institute NSW, and of prospective digital RWE studies in COPD and rare disease at Vitaccess, UK.
Across these roles, he has developed broad expertise in statistical methods for observational data and evidence synthesis, which he applies to generate robust comparative evidence for clinical and market access decisions.

Tanvi Rajput, MPharm MSc
Senior Analyst
Tanvi brings over seven years of experience across health economics, market access, and HTA submissions, with a background in pharmacy and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York.
Her experience at Novartis, Sanofi, and UCB Pharma spans literature reviews, economic evaluations, value dossiers, and HTA submissions, with a particular focus on oncology and cardiovascular health. She combines scientific rigour with a deep understanding of evidence-based decision-making.
Her expertise also covers market access strategy, including value communications, competitor landscaping, and the analysis of emerging trends in health economics.

Jiumei Gao, MSc
Senior Analyst
Tanvi brings over four years of experience, supporting clients in health economics, outcomes research and market access. Her work spans systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses and HTA-research, as well as publication support for academic and conference outputs.
She helps team turn complex evidence into clear, decision-ready insight for global markets. Fluent in Chinese and Japenese, Jiumei brings valuable language and cultural insight to work involving APAC markets.
Before moving into consultancy, she built a foundation in data and evidence across humanitarian and qualitative reseach settings, including clinician interviews and patient journey mapping. This grounding in real-world healthcare and patient experience shapes how she approaches each project.

Chaitanyamayee Kalakota, MPharm MSc
Senior Analyst
Chaitanyamayee brings over three years of experience in health economics and market access, with a background in pharmacy and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York.
Her dissertation, “Producing robust estimates of cost-effectiveness in the presence of data gaps: assessment of NICE HST appraisals” explored the rare diseases where she conducted a targeted review of HST appraisals and developed an early cost-effectiveness model to address the uncertainty where data limitations are common.
Her expertise includes developing health economic models and conducting literature reviews across a range of disease areas to support HTA submissions and global market access. Her clinical background gives her a perspective that keeps her analyses closely aligned with patient and policy needs.
